1. Pulping System

Includes the hydrapulper, pump, water tank, pulp tank, and mixer to process wastepaper into consistent paper pulp.

2. Molding & Forming System

Consists of the molding machine, aluminum molds, vacuum pumps, and air compressor to transform pulp into wet trays.

3. Drying System

Equipped with burners and blowers. The insulation board protected drying line can reach temperatures of 200 degrees for rapid moisture removal.

4. Automatic Stacking System

Features automatic counting and stacking. Users can preset quantities (e.g., 100pcs or 200pcs) for direct packaging.
