📝 Product Introduction
Our molding machines and dies are designed using computer-assistant engineering and high technology. Proven for high efficiency, low maintenance, and energy saving, the system utilizes various waste paper to produce high-quality molded fiber products such as egg trays, fruit trays, and wine packs.
The forming machine uses vacuum suction to absorb pulp onto the mold. Our systems adopt advanced PLC programmable controllers and high-quality electronic components. We offer both Fully Automatic and Semi-Automatic production lines.
♻ Raw Materials & Equipment Process
Main sources include reed pulp, straw pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, and waste paperboard. The process is divided into four main systems:
1. Pulping System
Raw material is mixed with water in the pulper to create pulp, then stored and homogenized for the molding system.
2. Forming System
Pulp is adsorbed by vacuum onto molds. Positive pressure then transfers the wet product to the next stage.
3. Drying System
Options include natural drying, brick tunnel kilns, or new multi-layer metal drying lines for 30% energy savings.
4. Packaging System
Includes automatic stacking machines, balers, and transfer conveyors for finished products.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What is the production capacity of your machines?
Our machines offer a wide range of capacities, from 1,000 pieces per hour to 10,000 pieces per hour, suitable for various business scales.
What raw materials can be used for egg tray production?
The primary raw materials include waste paper such as newspapers, old cartons, books, corrugated paper, and various pulp boards like straw or bamboo pulp.
Do you provide customization for specific tray designs?
Yes, we offer custom-made services. Customers only need to provide samples, photos, or dimensions of the desired tray (e.g., coffee trays, fruit trays, or bottle trays).
How is the machine quality ensured?
Our manufacturing follows strict ISO9001:2008 systems and matches CE standards. We use high-precision servo motors and advanced PLC controllers for stable operation.
What are the payment terms for an order?
Standard terms are 30% T/T within 7 days after signing the contract, and 70% T/T before shipment. 100% L/C is also acceptable.
Do you offer after-sales installation and training?
Yes, we dispatch experienced engineers to the buyer's factory for installation, testing, and worker training to ensure smooth production.
