The JBZ-S30 Ultrasonic Two-PE Paper Bowl Forming Machine is an advanced automatic equipment featuring multi-working stations. Designed with humanism in mind, it provides safer operation and easier maintenance through integrated photocell detection, failure alarms, and automatic counters.

This equipment handles both one-side and two-side PE-film-coated paper bowls. The fully automated procedure includes:

  • Pre-printed fan-shape paper feeding
  • Two-step pre-heating
  • Ultrasonic wave bowl-side-body sealing
  • Silicone-oil lubricating (for top curling)
  • Bottom punching and two-step bottom heating
  • Bottom knurling and top curling

It is an ideal solution for manufacturing soup paper bowls, noodle bowls, large paper cups, and other cone-shaped food containers.
