The YB-NB100 is a medium speed paper cup with handle machine. This upgraded single turntable system achieves a faster cup making speed of 90-110pcs/min, benefiting from a low mold stroke and highly integrated working station design.
Main transmission parts are equipped with an automatic spray oil lubrication system to reduce wear and tear. It adopts an open-type intermittent cam system and helical gear transmission, greatly prolonging the service life and reducing failure rates compared to traditional chain transmissions. The operation is stable, low-noise, and ensures high production capacity.
The process is monitored by Delta inverter, Delta servo feeding, Delta PLC, and a human-computer interaction touch screen. It features Omron/Fotek proximity switches and Panasonic sensors to improve performance and achieve fast, stable running with automatic shutdown in case of failure.
