Product Description
The automatic egg tray production line is composed of beating system, forming system, drying system, stacking system, vacuum system, high pressure water system and air pressure system. Specializing in the production of 10, 12, 15, 18 egg carton products. The line can produce between 800 and 6,500 egg trays per hour. It uses waste paper as raw material to make affordable and portable egg trays. We have egg tray machines in different sizes for sale and have been successfully installed in many countries.

Working Principle
1. Pulp System: This section aims to make quality pulp from waste paper. Firstly, it mixes 1 part waste paper into 3 parts water to make paper pulp with a pulper. Then a pulp refiner makes the pulp more even.
2. Pulp Molding Section: The pulp is molded into trays using a rotary pulp molding machine. When the forming molds rotate, the trays are formed and then demolded for drying.
3. Forming System: The pulp pump pumps the prepared pulp into the forming machine. Under vacuum suction, the pulp is adsorbed on the surface of the mold, extracting water to form a wet egg plate.
4. Water Recycling: Water is pumped out by the vacuum pump and discharged into a waste water tank, then pumped back to the hydropulper for recycling.
5. Drying System: This section dries the wet trays. You can choose natural drying for small-scale plants (less than 2000 pcs/h) or a brick/metal drying line which dries trays in 20 minutes.
