The paper cup machine features a tabletop layout that isolates forming parts from transmission parts. All transmission components utilize longitudinal shafts, barrel indexing cams, and gear transmissions, lubricated via a spray system.
Controlled by PLC, the entire process is monitored by photoelectric sensors with servo feeding. An optional visual inspection system is available to identify and remove disqualified cups. It is ideal for producing 4-16 OZ cold and hot drink cups.
