XSL-16T paper cup machine adopts a tabletop layout, which effectively isolates the forming parts from the transmission parts. All transmission components utilize longitudinal shafts, barrel indexing cams, and gear transmissions for superior stability. The system features a spray lubrication method to ensure long-term durability.
The machine is fully controlled by a PLC system, with the entire production process monitored by precision photoelectric sensors. Feeding is driven by high-accuracy servo motors. An optional visual inspection system is available to automatically reject any non-compliant cups. It is specifically designed for producing 4-16 OZ cold and hot beverage cups.
