GZB-600 HIGH SPEED PAPER CUP FORMING MACHINE
The GZB-600 High-speed paper cup forming machine features a double turntable and dual-segment high performance. It integrates functions such as automatic paper fan feeding, ultrasonic side seal, cup top lubrication, automatic bottom paper feeding, double curling artwork, and automatic cup collection. It is designed to produce both single and double PE coated paper cups for cold and hot drinks. The machine achieves a maximum speed of 180pcs/min, with a stable running speed of 130-150pcs/min depending on paper quality.
1. PLC Control System
Equipped with a human-computer interface PLC touch screen for controlling all settings. The full automatic counting system ensures stable long-term operation without manual interference.
2. High-Precision Open CAM
Features an imported double high-precision open CAM driving system with gear transmission. This replaces traditional driving systems, ensuring molding at each station is accurate and unmistakable.
3. Advanced Sealing
The side sealing combines hot air heating and ultrasonic technology, ensuring every cup is sealed tight and reliably.
4. Precision Design
Features a 10 aluminum molds design, allowing the machine to turn small angles each time to make each procedure more precise.
