Semi-Automatic requires manual drying of the egg trays. Fully Automatic includes an integrated drying system where the whole procedure is completed automatically by the production line.
Our machines are manufactured using tooling rather than simple welding, ensuring a minimum lifespan of 10 years. The molds are made of durable aluminum.
Any kind of waste paper can be used, including old newspapers, magazines, books, A4 paper, and cardboard boxes.
The drying system can be powered by coal, natural gas, or diesel oil depending on your local availability and cost.
By changing the molds, the machine can produce egg trays, egg cartons, fruit trays, bottle trays, cup trays, and medical disposable containers.
