3000 kg/h PET Bottle Washing Line
The PET bottle recycling system is engineered to process PET bottle bales into high-quality PET flakes. With capacities ranging from 500 kg/h to 9000 kg/h, this modular system consists of various functional units to ensure stable output quality. The final rPET flakes are suitable for a wide range of applications, including PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) and POY manufacturing. Advanced technology now allows for Bottle-to-Bottle grade applications with FDA approval.

1. De-baling Section
Adopts weighing-connected feeding and high automation to break up bales and remove mixed metals. Special knife structures prevent mechanical clogging.
2. Sieving Section
Includes dry trommels and disk screeners to separate mud, sand, and large impurities. Digital metal detectors ensure automatic removal of metallic contaminants.
3. Label Separation
Specifically designed for heat shrinkage label removal using patented scrapping and adjustable wind-force blowing machines.
4. Bottle Pre-washing
Uses automated water circulation and high-temperature chemical water to remove surface dirt, glues, and rubbers through friction.
5. Floatation Section
Separates PO, PP, and PE caps using water media. Reduces final product impurities to as low as 50-100 ppm.
6. Dewatering Section
High-speed centrifugal force reduces moisture to <1%. Optional heat-exchange drying can further reduce moisture to <0.7%.
