2. Sieving Section

Includes dry trommels and disk screeners to separate mud, sand, and large impurities. Digital metal detectors ensure automatic removal of metallic contaminants.

3. Label Separation

Specifically designed for heat shrinkage label removal using patented scrapping and adjustable wind-force blowing machines.

4. Bottle Pre-washing

Uses automated water circulation and high-temperature chemical water to remove surface dirt, glues, and rubbers through friction.

5. Floatation Section

Separates PO, PP, and PE caps using water media. Reduces final product impurities to as low as 50-100 ppm.

6. Dewatering Section

High-speed centrifugal force reduces moisture to <1%. Optional heat-exchange drying can further reduce moisture to <0.7%.
