GZB-600 High-speed paper cup forming machine is a high-performance system featuring a double turntable and dual-segment operation. It integrates automatic paper fan feeding, ultrasonic side sealing, cup top lubrication, automatic bottom paper feeding, double curling artwork, and automatic cup collection. It is versatile enough to produce cups from both single PE and double PE coated paper, suitable for both cold and hot drinks. The machine reaches a maximum speed of 180pcs/min, with a stable running speed of 130-150pcs/min depending on paper quality.
Intelligent Control: Human-computer interface PLC touch screen for controlling all settings. Features a full automatic counting system for finished cups, ensuring long-term stability and intelligent operation.
High Precision Transmission: Imported high-precision CAM driving system with gear transmission replaces traditional systems, ensuring accurate and unmistakable molding at each station.
Advanced Lubrication: Oil circulation and filtration for the driving system at the machine bottom ensures long-term stable running of transmission parts.
