XL - WT100 Double Wall Paper Cup Machine

The externally laminated hollow corrugated cup machine features a tabletop layout, isolating the drive components and molds. With the drive components located below the table and the molds above, this layout facilitates cleaning and maintenance.

The machine utilizes automatic spray lubrication, a longitudinal drive structure, a barrel-type cylindrical indexing mechanism, and a gear drive to ensure overall stability and quality. Electrical components are controlled by a PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feed.
