The YG-160S high-speed intelligent paper cup machine adopts a desktop layout, effectively isolating the transmission parts from the molds. Transmission components are located under the table, while molds are on top, ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance. The machine utilizes automatic spray lubrication, vertical axis transmission, a barrel-type cylindrical indexing mechanism, and gear transmission to guarantee long-term stability and high-quality production.
This system achieves perfect integration of chain and cam structures driven by a single main motor. By utilizing a single aluminum disk instead of traditional three-disk designs, the failure rate is significantly reduced. It supports the production of 5-16 oz cold or hot cups through continuous processes including automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic welding, bottom punching, preheating, and knurling.
