XSL-16W ripple wall paper cup making machine is ideal for producing ripple wall cups and double wall paper cups with high stability and efficiency.
The XSL-16W double wall paper cup making machine is designed for producing 4–16oz insulated cups. With a maximum speed of 120 pcs/min, it is widely used for producing double wall cups, ripple wall cups, coffee cup sleeve cups, soup bowls, and milk tea cups.
When connected with the 16TS paper cup forming machine, it forms a complete corrugated / hollow-wall paper cup production line. The line can also be linked with an automatic packing machine, creating an intelligent cup production and packaging solution from forming → sleeve attaching → counting → packing.
These insulated cups provide excellent heat resistance and anti-scald protection, making them ideal for hot beverages and takeaway packaging.
