MG-C600 Medium Speed Paper Cup Machine: This single-disc medium-speed paper cup forming machine has been upgraded to shorten the overall stroke, improving production efficiency. It features a spraying lubrication system to reduce wear, an open intermittent cam system, and gear transmission for high precision and stability.
The machine utilizes the Swiss Leister heater for cup wall and bottom sealing. The entire process is managed by a PLC with photoelectric monitoring and servo control, ensuring fast, stable operation and automatic shutdown upon failure to improve safety and reduce labor intensity.
