MG-HC double wall paper cup outer machine is a multi-functional automatic veneer equipment. It passes through continuous processes such as multi-row automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic welding, robotic paper tube transfer, oil filling, bottom folding, knurling, cup falling, servo glue feeding, cylinder two-stage blanking and fitting, pressing, and cup/bowl unloading veneer.

This machine adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and light-controlled non-contact switches to detect abnormalities. It features automatic shutdown on failure to protect components and improve stability. The holding tube station utilizes independent cams for noise-free, stable, and reliable operation.
