The paper cup machine uses a tabletop layout, which isolates the forming parts and transmission parts. All transmission parts use longitudinal shafts, barrel indexing cams, and gear transmissions. The transmission components are lubricated by spray.
The machine is controlled by PLC, and the entire process is monitored by photoelectric sensors, with feeding handled by servo. A visual inspection system is an option to eliminate disqualified cups. It is suitable for producing 4-16 OZ cold and hot drink cups.
