XSL-16T paper cup machine utilizes a tabletop layout, effectively isolating forming parts and transmission components. All transmission parts employ longitudinal shafts, barrel indexing cams, and gear transmissions. The system features spray lubrication for all transmission components.
The machine is controlled by a high-precision PLC system, with the entire process monitored by photoelectric sensors and feeding handled by a servo system. An optional visual inspection system is available to automatically identify and remove disqualified cups. It is perfectly suited for producing 4-16 OZ cold and hot drink cups.
