The FDZ series automatic web die-cutting machine is based on international advanced technology, offering high stability, high safety performance, and high precision for finished products. It is widely used in the printing, packaging, and paper products industries. The system adopts micro-computer control, human-computer interface, servo positioning, and alternating current frequency conversion. It features automatic counting, manual pneumatic lock plate, photoelectric deviation correction, and electromagnetic clutch for smooth operations.

1. Worm Gear Structure: The perfect worm wheel and transmission system ensures powerful and steady pressure, enabling accurate cutting at high speeds with low noise. The frame uses high-strength Ductile Cast Iron QT500-7 for anti-deformation durability.

2. Lubrication System: Forced lubrication ensures regular oil supply to the main drive, reducing friction and prolonging machine life. Includes safety sensors for low oil pressure.

3. Driving & Braking: Powered by a 7.5KW inverter motor with an extra-large flywheel for strong, steady force. Includes a pneumatic clutch brake for high performance and overload protection.
4. Electrical Control: Accurate die-cutting pressure adjustment via HMI and motor control.
5. Positioning System: Coordination between stepping motor and photoelectric eye allows for precise die-cutting of printed figures or plain materials.
