GZB-600 High-speed paper cup forming machine is a high-performance system featuring a double turntable and dual-segment operation. It integrates multiple functions including automatic paper fan feeding, ultrasonic side sealing, cup top lubrication, automatic bottom paper feeding, double curling artwork, and automatic cup collection. This machine is capable of producing cups for both cold and hot drinks using single or double PE coated paper. With a maximum speed of 180pcs/min, it maintains a stable running speed of 130-150pcs/min depending on paper quality.
1. Intelligent Control System: Equipped with a human-computer interface PLC touch screen for all operational settings. The machine features a full automatic counting system for finished cups, ensuring long-term stable operation and high intelligence.
2. High-Precision Driving: Utilizes an imported high-precision CAM driving system with gear transmission. This replaces traditional driving systems, ensuring the molding at each station is accurate and unmistakable.
3. Advanced Lubrication: Features an oil circulation and filtration system for the driving components at the machine base, guaranteeing the long-term stability and durability of transmission parts.
