The externally laminated hollow corrugated cup machine features a tabletop layout, isolating the drive components and molds. With the drive components located below the platform and the molds above, this layout facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The machine utilizes automatic spray lubrication, a longitudinal drive structure, an open cylindrical grooved wheel indexing mechanism, and a gear drive, ensuring overall stability and quality. PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feed control are used for electrical components. With a production capacity of 80-100 t/min, this machine is suitable for producing 5-16 oz. hot and cold laminated hollow corrugated cups. The upgraded paper suction mechanism provides more stable paper suction.
