With the drive components located below the platform and the molds above, this layout facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The machine utilizes automatic spray lubrication, a longitudinal drive structure, an open cylindrical grooved wheel indexing mechanism, and a gear drive, ensuring overall stability and quality. PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feed control are used for electrical components. With a production capacity of 80-100 t/min, this machine is suitable for producing 5-16 oz. hot and cold laminated hollow corrugated cups. The upgraded paper suction mechanism provides more stable paper suction.
