MG-G800 New High-Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine

The MG-G800 high-speed paper cup forming machine is a latest developed high-speed paper cup machine, achieving a stable cup making speed of 120-150pcs/min. In actual development tests, the maximum speed can reach more than 140pcs/min. We have optimized the mechanical transmission and forming system, making the main transmission parts and helical gear transmission more efficient and compact.

Cup walls and bottoms are sealed with LEISTER heaters and GREEN ultrasonic side welders. The entire process is monitored by Delta inverter, Delta servo feeding, Delta PLC, and Delta touch screen interface, ensuring fast and stable operation with high automation.
